McGill’s extensive line of AUTO-LOC™ cord reels and cord carriers —from low-cost, lightweight models to heavy-duty models — is available to meet your application requirements.

McGill cord reels offer smooth, quiet operation with patented locking and releasing mechanisms featured on many models. Most reel models offer ratchet locks or constant tension and safe, containerized springs. Built to high-quality standards, all electrical contacts are enclosed for enhanced safety. No wire is exposed.

Many McGill cord and reel units may be stationary-mounted or rotated to cover a large diameter service area. A specialized mounting bracket maximizes flexibility by permitting vertical or horizontal mounting.

When mounting reels overhead, be sure to install a secondary safety chain to prevent accidental falling. Green lead is grounded internally on most models and cannot be used as a power conductor.
